The process for claiming these funds requires the payee to complete CCT’s Unclaimed/Uncashed Check Reissue Form. Click to access this form or call our business office at 608-248-2323 to have one mailed to you or may be requested by contacting our business office at 608-248-2323.
Unclaimed capital credits as of September 30, 2027 will be forfeited and used in the cooperative’s scholarship program.
